Leslie Blevins is the Public Relations and Communications Manager at Bristol Tennessee Essential Services (BTES) where she is responsible for company publications, marketing and advertising, as well as the organization’s quality and award program. She graduated from ETSU in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and was a recipient of the Tri-Cities 40 Under Forty award in 2012. Leslie is an alumni of the Rotary Group Study Exchange Program (2012) and spent five weeks in Czech Republic and Slovakia through that program. She has served as the President of the Rotary Club of Tri-Cities twice (2014-2015; 2017-2018), Public Image Chair for Rotary District 7570 (2017-2019) and Foundation Advocate for Area 13 (2017-2018). Leslie received the Rotary 110% award in 2018 and is a Paul Harris Fellow, Sustaining Member and RLI graduate.
Traci Blido is the Director of Economic Development for Bedford County, Virginia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Public Relations and has worked in Corporate Communications and Economic Development for more than 20 years. Traci is a member of District 7570 Public Image Committee and has served as Chair of the Polio Plus Committee for the past three years where she worked to end polio in the final three endemic countries worldwide through member donations and immunization missions. Traci is Past President of the Bedford Rotary Club and now serves as the Club’s PR Chair, District Committee Chair, and Program Chair.
Traci traveled to India in 2015 to serve a National Immunization Days polio campaign and she traveled to Rwanda in 2017 to assist the Mbyo Peace Village through a Rotary International global grant. She is married to Mikael and has two grown children, Caleb and Hannah.

LaShonda Brown Delivuk is a photographer & marketing consultant from Dinwiddie, VA (Bill Skelton's hometown). She has successfully launched five brands since 2008 beginning with a not for profit theatre company called Transformation Theatre Company at 18. Over the course of two years, TTC raised over $25k for charity with three theatrical productions. In 2016, LaShonda received the "Millennials on the Move" award from Lynchburg Business Magazine. LaShonda has also been nominated for the prestigious ATHENA award and Best Civic Leader by Lynchburg Living Magazine.
Currently, she serves as President of the Rotary Club of Lynchburg-Morning & District 7570 Public Image Vice Chair. She has sponsored numerous members to her local club and serves Zones 33/34 as a member of the Rotary Young Professionals Engagement Team. LaShonda is a Rotary Leadership Institute graduate, has achieved her Paul Harris Fellow +2 designation for her contributions to The Rotary Foundation and has officially entered the Paul Harris Society at 27 years old. In 2018, LaShonda was awarded the Douglas A. Newton Excellence in Communications & 110% Award in Rotary District 7570 for her Public Image efforts during the 2017-2018 Rotary year. She is happily married to Josh, her best friend, business partner & husband of six years and resides in Forest, VA.
Anna Lester is the Vice President of Clark Gas & Oil. Graduating from Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, Anna returned to her beloved hometown of Stuart, VA to work in her family’s fuel business. Anna is Assistant Governor for Area 15, Past President of the Rotary Club of Stuart (2016-2017), District 7570 Public Image Committee member, District 7570 RYLA Committee member, Paul Harris Society member, Rotary Leadership Institute graduate, and a Skelton Fellow. Anna received the District Governor’s 110% award in 2016. Passionate about community engagement and development, when Anna isn’t Rotarying she’s serving on several other community boards and committees. She also enjoys travel adventures with her husband Chris, and hiking with their active Weimaraner, Slits.
Amber Wilborne was born and raised in the Roanoke Valley. She is married to Tim Wilborne, Past President of The Rotary Club of Rocky Mount and upcoming AG for Area 8 in District 7570, Amber is the mother of two super cute kids, one son and one daughter. She and her husband have owned and operated their business TW Controls LLC since 2006. Both work with local industries and manufacturing companies offering a variety of work from repairing machinery, building components, control panels, integration, automation, and wastewater. Amber enjoys mentoring young women and is very active in her church and the community surrounding it.
Amber traveled to Ghana, West Africa with a Rotarian team led by Walter Hughes in 2015 without yet being a Rotarian. It was there that she decided to become a member after seeing the incredible work that Rotary has done. Amber’s membership began in November 2015. She has a heart for Water and Sanitation as well as Maternal Health in Africa and other developing countries. Amber enjoys being a Rotarian since Rotary has the same passions as she does. She is a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute and is now a RLI Facilitator. As a facilitator, Amber finds that she has the opportunity to speak about Water and Sanitation needs and she gets to meet new Rotarians.
